About Colin

Dedication and persistence are more than just words to Colin. He has spent his entire life helping others build the strength and dedication necessary to transform their minds and bodies. The common denominator to his success is his willingness to help others achieve their goals.
And just as he has fueled his passion for fitness in his own life, he has impacted many more by sharing his talents with others.
Shortly after graduating high school, the gym was his fortress. His passion for service led him to personal training as a hobby when he began training friends, associates and colleagues.
His dedication ultimately led Colin to the Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research in Dallas where he studied personal training and nutrition. Colin has trained at numerous facilities including 24-Hour Fitness, Ridge Point Athletic Club and many others. His clients can attest to his philosophy of “come as you are and I’ll get you to where you want to be.”

THE PROGRAM
The overall objective of the APOLLO FITNESS TRAINING PROGRAM™ is to improve strength and endurance in the major muscle groups and, in doing so, burn calories.
Each of the exercise regimens is tailored to the individual and has a specific training objective and thus, is purposely sequenced for maximum effect.
The standard length of each session is 30-60 minutes.
Training objectives are as follows:
1. Warmup
2. Legs/squats
3. Chest
4. Back
5. Triceps
6. Biceps
7. Lunges
8. Shoulders
9. Abdominals
10. Cooldown
