THE PROGRAM
The overall objective of the APOLLO FITNESS TRAINING PROGRAM™ is to improve strength and endurance in the major muscle groups and, in doing so, burn calories.
Each of the exercise regimens is tailored to the individual and has a specific training objective and thus, is purposely sequenced for maximum effect.
The standard length of each session is 30-60 minutes.
Training objectives are as follows:
1. Warmup
2. Legs/squats
3. Chest
4. Back
5. Triceps
6. Biceps
7. Lunges
8. Shoulders
9. Abdominals
10. Cooldown
